Catching up on life!

So much has happened  lately that this blog has gotten terribly neglected! Time to make up for that! 

First:are you looking for the perfect cake for your special occassion? I ask as Jean happens to make life altering confections and ...well, let's just leave it there-for the time being. But take a look at what she made for Edi & Bob's 50th anniversary if you are curious!

Next:the new home is moving along. It had been host to it's first round of guests. Maggie & her devoted entourage stayed there so that Maggie could be at North Shore Animal League bright and early on the day of her disintactment. That is fancy vet talk for making surgically certain there won't be any puppies in Maggie's future. 

We all loved the new place and just have one small suggestion-the enormous backyard cries out for a POOL. That much open land DESERVES it's own "water feature" as they call it on all those fancy garden shows. 

The beaches were really nice too and the seagulls were exceptionally friendly! 

Last but not least, Jean and her team members from Team Agappi are again doing their yearly Avon Walk For Breast Cancer-next weekend. If you would like to donate, you can go here & please do what you can to get them good weather this year! 

Belated Mother's Day dinner 2009

Photos from our belated Mother's Day . We went to "Louie's" - an oyster bar by the water. Yummy scallops and clams and shirt steak followed by a HUGE slice of chocolate cake.
